Our working time is from 9am until 5pm CET during weekdays.
The average response time is less then 24h, but we are doing our best to respond much quicker.
We always suggest our customers to first check out our articles which often provide answers to the most frequent questions. Another options is to do a search through public tickets and check if someone already had the same question answered.
If you did not find the answer using those methods you can always submit a ticket and we will gladly answer you in the shortest possible time.
