I've add a CSS files to the theme and for some reasons, the site still loading the old version. I'm wondering is there any cache system on the theme and how to clear the cache to see the updates.
(I already make sure the file is uploaded to the server and enqueued properly to the front-end)
our theme doesn't have any caching, the caching is done by the hosting server, not the theme itself.
